Payment terms for our services:

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work
• PixelMonkz retains rights to proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Specific intellectual property terms will be detailed in individual project agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PixelMonkz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Users are responsible for backing up their data and content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For violation of acceptable use policies

Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease except those that by their nature should survive.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
